I really enjoyed Laurence's approach to nutrition coaching. Unlike other programs, Laurence doesn't try to 'force' weight loss. She listens, asks questions, and investigates to understand where the obstacles and blocks are, and she adapts her approach based on all these parameters. Her follow-up is patient and consisten, she is encouraging and appreciative. Her approach is interesting because it is comprehensive (nutrition, lifestyle, physical activity) and very progressive, so as to achieve a lasting result.
